It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The data and insights generated, including ECG analysis, heart rate, and heart rate variability, are for informational purposes only and should not be used for medical decision-making. Consult a healthcare professional for any concerns about your health or before making medical decisions based on this technology.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our Service, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.
DEFINITIONS
- Account: A Neural Cloud Solutions account and personal profile created by an individual.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Neural Cloud Solutions offers a free version and may offer paid subscriptions with additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the Subscription Terms, including:
- Subscription Options: Monthly or annual paid subscriptions, which automatically renew unless canceled.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current term.
- Data Retention and Deletion: Data retained for 30 days post-cancellation for download, then deleted.
- Pricing Adjustments: Notice of price changes provided at least 14 days prior.
- Payment and Billing: You authorize charges to your payment method for subscriptions and agree to resolve any payment issues.
- Notice of Changes: Notifications of subscription renewals, price adjustments, and data retention via email or in-app.
REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND COVENANTS
Your subscription is for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or transferring of your subscription is prohibited. Report any misuse immediately.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
Neural Cloud Solutions may change these Terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continuing to use the Service signifies acceptance of the changes.
TERMINATION
Neural Cloud Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted unless legally required otherwise.
DELETE ACCOUNT
To delete your account, submit a request via your account settings or contact [ask@theneuralcloud.com]. A 30-day hold period allows for account reactivation.
COPYRIGHTS
All rights to the Service are owned by Neural Cloud Solutions or its licensors. Feedback is voluntary and can be used by us at our discretion.
REVERSE ENGINEERING
You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
